Instructions for Use:
Saute approximately 250g of chopped brinjals (or other vegetables like capsicum) in 2–3 tablespoons of oil with a tempering of mustard seeds, chana dal, and curry leaves.
Seasoning: Add 2–3 tablespoons of Vangi Bath Powder along with salt and a pinch of turmeric. Saute for 2–3 minutes until the aroma is released.
Final Mix: Add approximately 2 cups of pre-cooked rice and mix thoroughly until the masala coats the rice evenly. Garnish with roasted peanuts or fresh coriander if desired.”
